By accessing or using the services of Steadfast Climb Atelier (“we”, “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.

You must provide accurate information and maintain the security of your credentials.
You are responsible for activities under your account; notify us of any unauthorized use.

Upon successful payment, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to access purchased courses for at least 12 months.
Prices may change prospectively; taxes may apply based on your location.

You may request a full refund within 14 days if you have completed less than 20% of the course. Contact [email protected] with your order ID.

All content, trademarks, and materials are owned by Steadfast Climb Atelier or licensed to us. You receive no rights except as expressly granted.

We may rely on third parties (e.g., payment processors). Their terms and privacy policies apply to your use of those services.

Courses provide educational guidance. We make no guarantees of specific outcomes. Your progress depends on your practice and effort.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the services.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms. You may stop using the services at any time.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

We may update these terms to reflect service changes or legal requirements. We will post updates with a new effective date.
